Matt Hale is President of GPS. With more than 40 years of
experience in the glass industry, Matt has the knowledge and
contacts to deliver real value for his customers.

Matt began his career with Ford Motor Company’s glass
division and has worked in almost every area of architectural
glass, from production to fabrication to sales.

Matt is a graduate of the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
He resides in the Atlanta area.

Rick Kurzweil is the Business Development Director of GPS. With over 40 plus years of experience in the architectural  glass industry, Rick has been able to provide technical product expertise and solutions to fabricators, glazing contractors, architects and designers.

His career started when he moved from Long Island to south Florida and worked for Collins Glass, which produced and operated the first beveling machine in the area. Shortly thereafter, Rick transitioned to sales and worked for the top architectural glass fabricators in the country.
