Day 1: Order placed by Customer
After agreement is reached on quoted price and product specifications, GPS receives purchase order from customer.
Day 3: Execution and approval of pro forma invoice
GPS confirms and matches specifications of the customer order with manufacturer’s production and shipping plan – customer signs the order confirmation.
Day 5: Order placed with Manufacturer
GPS formally places an order with the manufacturer.
Day 19: Product arrives at Origin Port
A typical order arrives at origin port within 14 days of official order placement.
Day 54: Product arrives at Domestic Port
Ocean transit to destination port takes an average of 35 days.
Day 60: Product delivered to customer
Shipment clears customs and is typically delivered to the customer within 60 days.
